Paul Anderson
Paul Anderson was appointed to the Board on 8 October 2009.
Paul retired as Chairman of Spectra Energy Corporation in May 2009 and currently holds a non-executive director position at the company. He is also a former Chief Executive Officer of BHP Billiton Plc, former Chairman of Duke Energy Corporation and former non-executive director of Qantas Airways Limited.
He started his career at Boeing and then Ford Motor Company, holding various positions before joining PanEnergy. Over the ensuing years, he served in various leadership roles within PanEnergy, culminating in becoming its Chairman, President, and CEO.
A non-executive director of BP p.l.c., Currently a non-executive director of BHP Billiton Plc, Paul holds a bachelor's of science in mechanical engineering from the University of Washington and a master's of business administration from Stanford University.
He is chairman of the Corporate Responsibility Committee.
