MAGNUM 4Mb Radiation-Hardened SRAM
MAGNUM is BAE Systems’ third generation of 3.3V radiation-hardened, 4M static random access memory (SRAM). It has been designed to withstand the effects of natural space and radiation-hardened environments.
MAGNUM is radiation-hardened through advanced and proprietary design, layout, and process hardening techniques.
MAGNUM has a total dose tolerance of greater than 1MRad and an upset rate of less than 1E-10 upsets per bit day.
MAGNUM SRAM is currently offered in four configurations:
- 512k x 8, 40 pin flat pack
- 512k x 16, 64 pin flat pack
- 1M x 16, 64 pin flat pack
- 512k x 32, 84 pin flat pack
