Radiation-Hardened FPGAS

For more than 10 years, BAE Systems fabricated and packaged the radiation-hardened RH1020 and RH1280 field-programmable gate arrays (FPGAs). Though these Actel parts were discontinued in 2006, a special licensing agreement allows BAE Systems to return RH1020B and RH1280B to production. BAE Systems is accepting flight orders.

The remanufactured FPGAs are form, fit, and function drop-in replacements to the original FPGAs.
