CV9030 was originally developed to meet the requirements of the Norwegian army.
The chassis has advanced suspension to improve ride comfort and mobility and to facilitate unsurpassed stabilisation of the Bushmaster II cannon in the 30 mm two-man turret. It also carries an add-on armour kit.
