The professional engineering services schedule provides a streamlined approach for federal agencies to access qualified firms in a multitude of engineering disciplines. This schedule grants agencies direct access to the commercial experts who can address the needs of the federal engineering community through special item numbers (SINs) that comprise the distinct phases of an engineering project.
