ATSP3 – Advanced Technology Support Program III
ATSP3 is an omnibus IDIQ-style contract established under the Office of the Secretary of Defense and administered by the Defense Microelectronics Activity. It provides a streamlined contracting process covering a wide range of engineering services and pricing arrangements (cost-plus-fixed-fee, firm-fixed-price, time and materials). It can be used by any BAE Systems organization and can service any DoD or non-DoD government agency.
Any program that deals with electronics or software and contains engineering content is a candidate for ATSP3. The work can range from initial studies through development to low-rate initial production and cover diminishing manufacturing sources and material shortage issues, capability upgrades, technology insertions, and new system development. This contracting vehicle is unique because it has no large surcharge for use, no OCI exclusions, gives “competition credit” to associated customer, and significantly increases the probability of a BAE Systems win.

Future Flexible Acquisition & Sustainment Tool requirements include development, modifications, and depot maintenance. F2AST may include onetime spares and repairs that qualify as critical, limited, and/or contingency and sole-source services to a F2AST contractor or large business subcontractor. Integrated Electronic Security Systems (IESS)
Provide overall sustainment, integration and upgrades of existing integrated electronic security systems (IESS). This contract supports any system that automates what would alternatively require manpower to accomplish, i.e., security systems, surveillance systems, automated fuel systems, SCADA systems, and similar systems.
