Operations test facility
The Operations Test facility offers a range of test capabilities including; microwave test, high voltage test, inception testing, general unit and assembly testing and automatic PEC / Boundary Scan test.
Key Performance Features
- Microwave test capability from DC to 18GHz in a controlled environment.
- High voltage test up to 100Kv in fully enclosed faraday cage.
- Purpose built inception test cage operating noise free from DC to 60Kv.
- Production test and repairs capability from DC to HF of electronic assemblies from bench test to large complex electro-mechanical assemblies.
- Digital ATE system to test current and legacy PEC's, plus separate system to test latest in-house designed digital PEC's with built-in boundary scan technology.
