Paint and Process Finishing Facility
Comprising spray and bake combination paint booth (internal size 6m width x 5m depth x 4m height) for hand spraying of solvent based military and aerospace coatings.
Key Performance Features
- Corrosion removal using Vaquablast (glass bead) and Dry blast (Perspex)
- Specialty finishes including camouflage, infra-red reflective, solar heat reflective, oil resisting cellulose and varnish.
- Full Paint Systems (Alkyd, Twin Pack Epoxy and Polyurethane)
- Chemical Pre-treatment of Aluminium and Copper Alloys. Conversion coating (Alchromate and Chromate Passivation)
