BAE Systems C-ITS have over 15 years of experience for support of our systems. Our flexible system offers you different levels of support, from telephone support on demand up to on site support for longer or shorter periods.

We use a web based support system where we follows up all questions and administrates all actions done. You as our customer have 24 hours access to the support web and are also able to follow up your issues.

If you want a solution where we take the whole responsibility for all daily operational business we can arrange that. This includes all parts of the facility; you just have one point of contact. If it is needed we use local specialist for the job.

We also offer our skilled staff as consultants. In some cases you want a deeper analyze or study to get your system even better.
