The terms and conditions of contract referenced in our standard purchase documentation in the UK have been reviewed and updated. The changes bring the BAE Systems group companies in the UK in line as well as reflecting current laws and best practice. The updated terms and conditions will be referenced on all UK purchase documentation from 13 January 2010 and will apply to new contracts entered into from that date.
