We will not tolerate any form of discrimination, offensive behaviour, harassment or bullying and believe that all workers have a right to be treated with dignity and respect. Any complaints will be dealt with seriously, regardless of the seniority of those involved and anyone found to be behaving unacceptably will be subject to disciplinary action up to and including dismissal.
We want a working environment where everyone feels valued and respected and can contribute to the success of BAE Systems. Our RAW policy is communicated to all employees to make them aware of how their behaviour towards others could cause offence or be considered harassment and what to do if they witness a fellow employee suffering such treatment.
Managers are also made aware of their responsibility to implement the RAW policy and make every effort to ensure that harassment does not occur. If harassment does occur they are trained to deal with the situation.
