ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
As you’d expect of an organisation that needs highly talented people, there are a few entry requirements you’ll need to meet.
GRADUATE DEVELOPMENT FRAMEWORK (GDF)
BUSINESS ROLES
You’ll need:
- Minimum 2:1 honours degree in any discipline
- At least 280 UCAS points (or equivalent) excluding General Studies
In addition, for a commercial role, you’ll need:
- Minimum of Grade B GCSE (or equivalent) in Mathematics and English language.
ENGINEERING ROLES
You’ll need:
- Minimum 2:1 honours degree in an engineering, numerate or scientific discipline
- At least 220 UCAS points (or equivalent) excluding General Studies
FINANCE LEADER DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMME (FLDP)
In the FLDP we are looking for potential finance leaders of our global business to start their CIMA training in a real role on August 2012.
You’ll need:
- 2:1 degree in any discipline
- 280 UCAS points (or the equivalent)
SIGMA LEADERSHIP PROGRAMME
Sigma is an extremely challenging programme, both personally and professionally. So you’ll need to meet stringent criteria before you can carry on with your registration and application.
BUSINESS ROLES
You’ll need:
- A Business-related degree
- 320 UCAS points (or equivalent) excluding General Studies
ENGINEERING ROLES
You’ll need:
- An Engineering-related degree
- 280 UCAS points (or equivalent) excluding General Studies
All candidates must:
- Minimum 2:1 honours (or equivalent) degree
Many of our Business Units are engaged in government work with classified aspects; you must therefore be eligible to work in the UK and be able to successfully achieve security clearance to join the Graduate Development Framework, Finance Leadership Development Programme or Sigma Leadership Programme.
