FLDP BENEFITS

FLDP offers a competitive benefits package. This includes a starting salary of £28,000 plus a £2,000 welcome payment, regular performance appraisals linked to salary reviews, senior mentoring and a comprehensive CIMA study package. Our CIMA training is delivered through BPP, a leading training provider, and the study package we offer comprises:

• attendance at a BPP training course per subject
• attendance at a BPP revision course per subject
• all course materials and books
• the opportunity to sit and receive feedback on mock exams
• question days
• all study costs and exam fees.

 In addition you will receive 25 days’ holiday per year, a competitive pension scheme and a number of discounted healthcare, car lease and share schemes.

After five years on the FLDP, you will be a highly skilled member of the finance community. That’s a huge benefit in itself. As you go along, you’ll find out just how dedicated the company is to making sure you have every possible support and opportunity to learn more.

We provide regular FLDP workshops, superb online learning facilities and a website providing information to the whole FLDP community. When you’re into your fourth and fifth years of the programme and are CIMA qualified, you will receive an allocation of 20 days for training and development which will be key to your ongoing progression.

We’ll be looking far beyond technical competence. We’ll assess your potential to step into a challenging financial leadership role within BAE Systems.
