There are two routes that you can take through the Sigma Leadership Programme:

• Our engineering framework, which enables you to remain as an engineer while still moving towards a key leadership role; and,
• Our business framework, which develops your talent for leadership in business.

Both routes will see you move around the business, gaining key experiences and contacts. You will be encouraged to undertake an international placement as well as offered financial and practical support to gain further relevant qualifications and accreditations.
