- Defence Land Systems India - land systems focused joint venture with Mahindra & Mahindra. With head offices in Delhi, Defence Land Systems India also has a purpose built manufacturing facility and offices near Faridabad, Haryana
- BAeHAL - Bangalore based software engineering joint venture with Hindustan Aeronautics Ltd established in 1993
- Wipro - partnership with Wipro in Hyderabad working together to design the next generation of commercial flight control and engine management systems
