PowerPoint
On this page you will find the PowerPoint Toolkit that will help you to create PowerPoint presentations. Regardless of home market, one Toolkit is to be used for all presentations. Do not amend the master slides provided and please ensure that you are using the latest version.
The PowerPoint Toolkit has been divided into two sections - Guidance Notes and Sample Slide layouts. The Guidance Notes are there to offer support and information on creating slides and cover topics such as fonts, colour, use of images and positioning of text and boxes. The Sample Slides provide you with a selection of slides that can be 'overtyped' with your own information. When creating a presentation simply delete the Guidance Notes and use the layouts that best suit your situation.
Title slide image
An approved image montage is embedded on the title slide. This strip has been approved for company-wide use by Corporate Communications, but an Operating Group/Business can update this strip with images relevant to its business. Please contact Corporate Communications for information and approval.
Sign-off for external presentations
Find contact details for your Brand Champion in Managing our brand on the top navigation.
Copyright and legal clearance
A generic copyright statement is included in relevant templates - simply amend the year so that
it is current. If the item, type of information, or country requires a different copyright statement, modify or replace this statement with your own. It is the responsibility of the person submitting the item to ensure they have all the required legal clearance and that the content is approved.
For more information
The above information is only a summary of the Brand Standards in this area. Please download the Toolkit from the Downloads box on this page to see further guidance embedded within the file itself.
The Toolkit should be used for all BAE Systems presentations, internal or external. If external, you may require sign-off prior to presentation by your Brand Champion; Brand and Corporate Promotion Manager; Head/VP Communications; Director of Brand and Corporate Promotion; Group Communications Director; VP Marketing Communications - you will need to allow enough time for this to take place. Any further questions should also be directed to your Brand Champion. Find their details on Managing our brand in the top navigation.
