Colour
Colour is a powerful means of visual recognition. The BAE Systems Colour Palette will give coherence to all of our communications, and applies to all of the areas of our business from signage, livery, printed brochures, online, and events and exhibitions. They are recognised as distinct to BAE Systems, but allow for differentiation depending on tone, audience and purpose. Do not use other colours in materials.
The palette is split into four sections:
Primary Palette - Corporate Red is reserved primarily for the Logo. Do not use as a major design element. Corporate Grey is used on a range of materials from signage to merchandise.
Secondary Palette - a versatile set of colours that can work in combination or to
create differentiation.
Highlight Palette - consider these colours for graphics, pull outs, and colour coding
Metallic Palette - can add value for items such as high level printed items such as invitations and launch materials.
