Graphic elements

Keyline 'Hanging Lines' that follow the grids provide a series of anchor points for images, graphic elements and text. They can help to lead the eye from one area of a layout to another.

Beyond covers, Hanging Lines are used to organise information specific to your material, or adding finesse to a layout. Use them to counterpoint bolder images and to organise smaller graphic elements into a cohesive scheme.

Although a constant on printed covers, Hanging Lines are not compulsory on all communications. However, they will give you a recognisable 'BAE Systems' element on even the simplest design.
