Brochures

Brochures are predominantly A4/A5 or US letter/halfletter. Refer to the Brand Standards section on this page for the correct size for the brochure you require, selecting the correct cover from the template master pages.

Using templates and briefing correctly

Templates are provided in InDesign and Quark Xpress at the approved formats, and have
the correct fonts, colours, grids, and Logo position embedded. Make sure that your agency
or designer has access to the Brand Standards and templates, and a knowledge of our
strategy and values to enable them to use them correctly, as any materials that are off brand can be withdrawn.

Copyright and legal clearance

A generic copyright statement is included in relevant templates - simply amend the year so that
it is current. If the item, type of information, or country requires a different copyright statement, modify or replace this statement with your own. It is the responsibility of the person submitting the item to ensure they have all the required legal clearance and that the content is approved.
