Printed stationery

Printed stationery - letterheads, compliment slips and business cards - are printed exclusively by approved external printing companies. These items work in tandem with a set of Microsoft Word templates installed on BAE Systems PCs.

Information required when ordering

Letterhead: the printer will require the business name, site address, telephone and fax number, and registered company details, if you know them.

Compliments slip: the printer will require the address, telephone and fax number

Business card: the printer will require name (as you want it to appear on the business card, including any required qualification abbreviations), job title, business, address, telephone, mobile and fax numbers, and email address. Information on which qualifications and accreditations to include is given in the section of the Brand Standards available to download from this page. The urls on the business card should always only be www.baesystems.com - url extensions such as /india are not allowed. If printing in two languages, use both sides of the card.

All orders (except business cards) should go through Buysite where available. Where Buysite is not available, email jack.waters@officedepot.com or via fax on +44 (0)870 403 2919. Business cards are ordered online at www.businesscards-guilbert.co.uk/users/4bae.asp. The password is 'BABA'. Please state your account number (sold to number), which is printed on any Office Depot documentation (eg. delivery note) or ask for Jack Waters.

Taylor & Clifton can accept orders for BAE Systems stationery via Buysite, email, or fax. They accept the Blue CPC AMEX Card and require card number, expiry date, name on card and internal cost centre/charge number.

When ordering from the Xerox Print Room, complete form SA100A (Forms Requisition) and send to the XGS Site Supervisor, Xerox Print Room, HQ Riyadh.
