The Radio Guard system continuously monitors the critical behaviors of software-defined radios, including protocol, waveform, and management functions. If Radio Guard identifies statistically significant operational deviations, it takes predefined, autonomic corrective actions. The system detects and defends against directed and zero-day cyber attacks against the radio platform and network.
BAE Systems develops advanced network defense technologies and products for enterprise and tactical wireless environments. The Radio Guard capability is embedded into the company’s 802.16 (WiMAX) radio product line.
