One service offered by BAE Systems’ embedded diagnostics and prognostics group is vehicle health management. Vehicle health management is a vehicle system requirement that has an automated collection and paperless health decision, maintenance, and logistics system. Vehicle health management consists of health management, the ground processing associated with the vehicle fleet, and the ground infrastructure health management. Vehicle health management is currently part of system health management for the X-33/RLV (reusable launch vehicle) platform.
