Technical Support

BAE Systems Regional Aircraft provides a global network of Technical Support Engineers providing operators with a single point of contact to handle the variety of technical and operational issues raised by our customers.

Often referred to as the Customer Interface, this technical helpdesk activity has the task of project managing across our organisation in order to quickly resolve the day-to-day technical issues, providing a prompt response to the customer.

The Technical Support helpdesk is the first point of contact for all technical enquiries and are the right people to talk when trouble shooting discrepancies on the aircraft and its systems. The helpdesk team of engineers provides a broad practical experience on each of the BAE Systems regional aircraft types.
