Panther

Panther Command and Liaison Vehicle is a multi-role rapid deployment 4X4 vehicle with mine and ballistic protection, is highly mobile and NATO codified.

Panther was chosen by the UK MoD for its Command and Liaison Vehicle programme and is a new capability for the threats of the 21st century.

Panther is a culmination of a product partnership between Land Systems and Iveco DVD. Panther is a highly innovative vehicle which combines the benefits of commercially proven automotives with a design which incorporates mine and ballistic protection from the outset.  Unlike almost all other vehicles in its class, the protection afforded to the crew is readily tuneable by the replacement of armour packs within the vehicle’s external skin, allowing the vehicle to retain the same profile whatever its mission. 

The result is a highly survivable, air transportable and high mobility vehicle suited to deployment in a wide variety of roles and operational environments, from general war to peace keeping.
